
Hi! I’m Brianna, the owner and baker behind Baked by Bee Rad. What started as a way to bring my daughters’ big birthday cake ideas to life has grown into a passion-filled business where I create completely custom cakes, cupcakes, and sweet treats for all kinds of celebrations—birthdays, weddings, company events, and everything in between.
Baking runs in my family—many of my recipes have been passed down through generations, and every dessert is made from scratch, by hand, by me. Baked by Bee Rad is a one-woman operation, and that’s something I take great pride in. From consultation to design to the final finishing touches, I’m behind every step.
Because I run every part of this business myself, I may move a little slower than a big commercial bakery—but that’s because I focus on getting every detail just right. My goal is to create desserts that are not only visually unique, but also full of flavor and made with care.
Outside the kitchen, I’m a busy mom raising two amazing daughters who are currently making their way through middle and high school. I also work as a substitute teacher in the Frenchtown School District, work at the Clark Fork Farmers Market (now year round!), and take care of a small (and lively) homestead—including 21 chickens! Life is full, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
